I stumbled across
Meljen's Designs on PaperCraft Planet almost a month ago now. I was scouting potential sponsors for
Paper Sundaes and fell in love with her cute designs. There was an open design team call and I decided to take a chance and applied. The design team call closed March 17th and the waiting began. It's the waiting that drives me crazy! I was esctatic Sunday when I was asked to join the team - Eeek!
Meljen's Designs Challenge and Inspiration Blog made the announcement late last night.
So, why wait another day before sharing my news with all of you? To give me time to create of course! I wanted to have a couple
Meljen's Designs cards ready to show off.
First I want to share with you
Cherry Mouse.
I love frogs so Melissa's
Froggy Pad was one of my first purchases.
The sentiment is completed on the inside of the card.
I wanted to showcase the versatility of Melissa's designs by featuring one simple card and one more elaborate. Froggy's Pad follows the current sketch at
Inspirational Card Sketches whereas Cherry Mouse simply followed it's own path to creation. Froggy's Pad will be entered into the something for the kids challenge at
Charisma Cardz - this card is for a four year old little girl whose party my daughter missed this past weekend.
Please check out my fellow design team members' blogs and congratulate them!
And check out Melissa Jenkin's fabulous creations on her
blog!
Thank you for looking and sharing my news!
