Happy Monday! Mimosa Watering Can has me dreaming of spring, flowers, and butterflies which is a wonderful way to start this chilly week.
Despite my best efforts, once again I coloured darling Mimosa in my treasured copic markers. Next week I'll challenge myself to use a different colouring medium.
Embellishments include Basic Grey half pearls, Mulberry Street handmade paper flowers, Maya Road chipboard butterfly, and Making Memories acrylic paint. Mimosa was cut out with scalloped circle nestabilities and framed with standard circles. The Martha Stewart pansy border punch reminds me of the pots of pansies I place on our back patio every summer - the perfect finishing touch on my Spring thank you card.
Remember to join Paper Jewels in our first monthly challenge "Cute and Girly" for your chance to win Mimosa with Flower Basket. Tomorrow Tracey will have another gorgeous Paper Jewels creation for you on the Paper Jewels blog.
Mimosa Watering Can will be entered into the challenges at Saturday Sketchers, Everybody Art Challenge and Dutch Dare.
Thank you for looking!

Adorable! You did a great job colouring, no need to apologize for using your copics, especially when you do such an outstanding job with them. I particularly like the light you managed to get to reflect off the bangs. Very sweet card overall, too.
oh she is just adorable!
Fab card! Love the detail on the border punch!
