Cooking with Mom

***Details of Blog Candy at bottom of this post***

Happy Sunday!  This week on Paper Sundaes Challenge Blog we would like to see your 'Childhood Memories'.  For me, I loved to cook with my mother and my aunt (also known as mom #2).  I won't go into details about the time I decided to set the oven on fire - but I have learned that thirteen is way to young to let a child bake at home without a parent!

I absolutely adore this new image from Mo's Digital Pencil, "What's Cookin'?":

I followed this week's layout on Sketch Saturday.  The patterned paper and metal measuring spoons are from TPC Studio's So Delish line.

This little doll was coloured with copics.  I am anxiously awaiting the Intermediate Copic Certification class which is coming to Alberta in June.

Copic Details
Skin: E0000/E000/E00/E02
Hair: E50/Y21/Y26/Y28
Shirt: B91/B93/B95
Skirt: R22/R24/R27/R29
Apron: E50/E53
Spoon: E35/E25
Pot: W0/W2/W4
Shoes: E43/E44
Socks: E50/Blender

I will be entering this card into the following challenges:
Papertake Weekly - Something New (stamp)
A Spoon Full of Sugar - Tons of Texture (glossy paper, textured cardstock, metal embellishment, crinkled ribbon, embroidery thread)
Fussy and Fancy Friday - Card for a Child
Craft Your Days Away - Spots & Stripes (patterned paper)

Thank you for looking!  I look forward to seeing your childhood memories on Paper Sundaes!

Blog Candy Alert!

I managed to pick up two copies of my favorite magazine - Magnolia Ink!  I combined this with some sweet cherry blossoms from Wild Orchid and a Tilda, of course!  I will ship around the world.  So, what do you have to do to enter?  Just leave me a comment on any post between now and the draw date of May 8th - Mother's Day (wouldn't that make a sweet surprise for Mother's Day?!)  Each comment will qualify for one entry - maximum one entry per post.  If I stick to my goal of two posts a week - there will be nine chances to enter your name.  Good luck!
